Q: What exactly happens when I buy unranked placement games?
One of our professional boosters will play your placement games for you. These are either Diamond or Challenger players so we guarantee at least 7 wins. Winning all 10 games is not uncommon. This will place you in high silver or low gold ELO. Keep in mind that this is not guaranteed for high ELO placement games.

We will never spend any of your in-game currency unless it is absolutely necessary to complete your order. In the rare event that we need something purchased on the account, we will ask for permission first. We will never purchase or spend any points without permission.
Q: How long will my boost take to complete?
We strive to perform a division per day. However, it can take up to 72 hours per division based on your champion pool and runes available as well as your division.
Q: How does a pay per win order work?
When you purchase a pay per win order, they are handled in a win over loss scenario. This means is that if you purchase 5 wins and we lose 2 games you will receive 7 wins total.
Q: What if my account drops a division?
If your account drops a division after the first game is played you will be contacted and have several options to choose from. These options range from changing to a per win boost to paying a little extra for the new division.
Q: I am in my promotion games. How many do I have to buy in order to win the series and what happens if it takes fewer games than that to finish?
For a best of 3 promotion we require a 3 game minimum and for a best of 5 we will require 5 games. The reason for this is that there is an added risk involved with promotion series and if we lose the series for any reason we will make sure it is completed. Due to the added risk, you will not be refunded if it only takes 3 games out of the 5 games total to complete the boost.
Q: Do you offer duo queue boosting and coaching?
If you would like to purchase due queue boosting, you will need to submit your request via our support center or email us at [email protected]. so we can set up a custom order for you. Because of the personal nature of these types of orders you will be given direct communication with our League of Legends manager. This also applies to coaching.
Q: What if I only want a specific champion or role played?
When placing your order there is a section to include any notes. In this section you can request that the booster only plays a specific role or champion. However, it is important to keep in mind that this cannot be guaranteed since the booster will need to work with the team in order to select a champion and role that fits the current game.
