Due to the nature of the products sold on Accountwarehouse, we enact a strict no refund policy. Once an account, product, service, or currency is delivered, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.

A refund may be requested BEFORE the account, product, service, or currency is delivered. Once delivery has occurred, a refund is no longer an option.

If a product or service is significantly not as described, please submit a support ticket and a member of our management team will review the situation. Our decisions are done on a case by case basis.

While we do not offer refunds, in most cases we do allow you to sell an account back to us. Simply fill out the appropriate sell form and be sure to mention that the account was originally purchased from us. The price we offer is the same price we would pay if you were the original owner selling an account to us the first time.

There is no obligation for Accountwarehouse.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer's remorse sets in.

In accordance to our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.

Should an order fail our fraud screening, the payment is promptly voided or refunded. If a customer is not able to be verified within 48 hours of purchase, the payment will be automatically returned.
